I am passionate about supporting people in having healthier lives and greater wellbeing. My journey with chiropractic began as a 10 year-old boy when I fell off my skateboard and was left with persistent pain as well as a crooked posture that prevented me from enjoying skating. My mother took me to a local chiropractor and within minutes I was out of pain, my posture had improved and I could get back to the thing I loved.

These gains have affected how I have thought of chiropractic since- I saw its efficacy, efficiency and life changing benefits.

Since qualifying as a Registered Doctor of Chiropractic in 2009, I have continued to upgrade my skills with additional training to support my patients’ varying needs and goals. Some of these include:

Dry Needling (a medical form of acupuncture)

Chiropractic for Children from Birth to Teenager & Pregnancy Care for Expecting Mothers

Chiropractic for Sports Performance, Afferent Input Method, Muscle Testing in Elite Sports

Fascial Release

Sports Taping – Kinesio Taping Method

My clinical days are spent seeing patients that vary widely in age (4 days old to 101 years old), abilities (weekend warrior to elite athletes), interests (mountain bikers, triathletes, Le Mans racing drivers, professional fighters, military personnel, and trail runners), senior family members recovering from injuries, accidents, and surgeries striving to maintain their mobility and independence.

Outside of work, I’m a keen cyclist and rock climber. I love being physically active and have represented Great Britain in my martial art, Escrima. Most recently, I have taken up mountaineering and look forward to doing more as I continue to spend time in Nepal.

Chiropractic has been a good friend to me in keeping healthy, recovering from injuries and illnesses, allowing me to get the most out of my body and love life. I see my own chiropractor regularly, and I love being able to support my family and my patients in their health.
